5. Installation Timeline

Installation schedules are indicative and may vary due to weather conditions, material availability, power grid approvals, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Warranty

• Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers.
• Service workmanship warranty is applicable as mentioned in the agreement.
• Warranty is void if the system is altered or serviced by unauthorized personnel.

7. Limitation of Liability

Solar Gallery shall not be held liable for power generation variations caused by weather, shading, grid failure, or force majeure events. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting incurred costs for materials, labor, and site visits.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, proposals, images, and documentation shared by Solar Gallery remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be reused without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
